KIERSTEN GIBSON
PRESIDENT, REACH DIVISION
Kiersten Gibson leads REACH Media Network as Division President, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience—including 12 years in the digital signage industry—and a proven record of driving innovation, growth, and operational excellence. She assumed the role following REACH’s acquisition by Poppulo and oversees the strategic direction across all function as the company’s business leader.
Throughout her career at REACH, Kiersten has held several key leadership roles, consistently championing business growth, strategic partnerships, and a customer-first culture. Her contributions have fueled substantial revenue growth, strengthened client retention, and elevated the company’s market position. She was instrumental in building out both the sales and marketing functions, which led to her advancement into the role of Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing and recognition as REACH’s top sales leader for nine consecutive years. Her ability to align teams around a clear mission has reinforced REACH’s brand and reputation as a trusted provider of scalable, customized digital signage solutions.
Before joining REACH, Kiersten spent three years at Target as an Executive Team Leader. She was initially hired as a Project Manager and quickly took on broader responsibilities, including developing customer success teams and processes that helped shape the early foundation of REACH’s SaaS business.
Kiersten’s contributions to the industry have earned her multiple honors, including Commercial Integrator’s Class of 2024 “40 Under 40” and the Emerging Talent Award in 2023. She was elected by her peers to the Digital Signage Federation’s Board of Directors in 2023 and continues to serve in this role, driven by a passion for collaborative growth and a commitment to supporting the evolving needs of the signage and AV community.

PATRICK HARRISON
VP OF FINANCE & OPERATIONS
Patrick oversees the Finance, Operations, and HR departments at REACH to ensure clients have an outstanding customer experience. He is responsible for the Technical Support Team and Install Team. Patrick has over 15 years of experience and has been an instrumental leader in creating repeatable processes and a standard operating procedure at REACH, as the company has scaled from 50 clients to over 5,000. Prior to REACH, Patrick worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Patrick graduated from Metro State University.

NATHAN DAVIS
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Nathan is the Chief Technology Officer at REACH, where he guides the technical future of the company. He joined the REACH team in 2014, bringing a breadth and depth of Information Technology experience and leadership spanning more than 15 years. Prior to his work at REACH, Nathan was responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of a high-volume laboratory information system at an accredited research laboratory at the University of Minnesota. In his free time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, cycling, or building home automation prototypes. Nathan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

MICHELLE GJAVENIS
PRODUCT MANAGER
Michelle is the fusion of Creative, UI/UX, and IT Project Management at REACH. More specifically, Michelle is responsible for helping the software developers understand where REACH’s applications need to go based on client and internal feedback. When she is not perfecting REACH’s UI/UX, Michelle is pushing developers to stay on track and ensures the prioritized projects are getting fulfilled. When not at work, Michelle loves to teach and take yoga sculpt classes and is a certified “yogi.” She also enjoys biking, checking out breweries, and traveling. Michelle is a graduate of Dakota County Technical College.

TRISTAN HELLEEN
CUSTOMER SUCCESS DIRECTOR
Tristan started at REACH in 2008, right out of college, as a Marketing Specialist guiding clients through the creative process. Over the years, her role has grown alongside REACH’s evolution. As Customer Success Director, Tristan leads the Customer Success team, focusing on building strong relationships, driving client growth, and ensuring every REACH customer has the tools and support they need to succeed. She also collaborates across departments to enhance the client experience and deliver long-term value.
When she’s not working, Tristan is busy being a dance and hockey mom, chauffeuring her two kids to activities, and spending time with her family. She graduated from the Herberger Business School at St. Cloud State University.

DARREN WERCINSKI
CO-FOUNDER
In 2005, Darren co-founded REACH with the goal of helping clients communicate and engage with their audience on giant $3,000 50” plasma screens. The digital signage world has changed a lot since then, and so has REACH. Under Darren’s leadership, REACH has grown to over 5,000 clients and manages 30,000 screens across the world. REACH has won numerous awards over the years, but most important to Darren is REACH being selected as “100 Best Companies to Work For” multiple times. Prior to REACH, Darren worked at Best Buy in the corporate strategy group, focusing on creating strategic alliances with Microsoft and HP. Outside of work, Darren enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams and classic DIY projects. Darren is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he played college hockey for four years.
