KIERSTEN GIBSON

PRESIDENT, REACH DIVISION

With over 15 years of leadership experience, Kiersten has been instrumental at REACH in building and evolving long-term, successful partnerships with clients, integrators, manufacturers, and software partners and has helped advance REACH’s customer success, marketing and sales strategies over the years. As REACH’s EVP of Sales and Marketing, Kiersten is responsible for the growth and revenue side of the business, leading all aspects of the sales and customer success lifecycles, along with managing the Sales and Marketing Teams. Prior to REACH, Kiersten was responsible for leading store processes and team members as an Executive Lead at Target. In addition, Kiersten also serves as an elected board member of the Digital Signage Federation and continues to be recognized for her positive impact within the industry receiving several awards including Commercial Integrator’s 40 under 40 and the Emerging Talent award.

PATRICK HARRISON

VP OF FINANCE & OPERATIONS

Patrick oversees the Finance, Operations, and HR departments at REACH to ensure clients have an outstanding customer experience. He is responsible for the Technical Support Team and Install Team. Patrick has over 15 years of experience and has been an instrumental leader in creating repeatable processes and a standard operating procedure at REACH, as the company has scaled from 50 clients to over 5,000. Prior to REACH, Patrick worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Patrick graduated from Metro State University.

NATHAN DAVIS

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Nathan is the Chief Technology Officer at REACH, where he guides the technical future of the company. He joined the REACH team in 2014, bringing a breadth and depth of Information Technology experience and leadership spanning more than 15 years. Prior to his work at REACH, Nathan was responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of a high-volume laboratory information system at an accredited research laboratory at the University of Minnesota. In his free time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, cycling, or building home automation prototypes. Nathan is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

KELLY SMITH

DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Kelly joined REACH in 2025 as the Director of Customer Success. She brings over 20 years of digital signage industry experience, mainly in Sales and Business Development, but her passion lies in customer relationships. Prior to REACH she spent the bulk of her career leading sales teams within the OEM/purpose built computing and digital displays markets. Outside of work Kelly loves spending time with her family, traveling, watching college football and any live country music she can find. She is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College.

MICHELLE GJAVENIS

PRODUCT MANAGER

Michelle is the fusion of Creative, UI/UX, and IT Project Management at REACH. More specifically, Michelle is responsible for helping the software developers understand where REACH’s applications need to go based on client and internal feedback. When she is not perfecting REACH’s UI/UX, Michelle is pushing developers to stay on track and ensures the prioritized projects are getting fulfilled. When not at work, Michelle loves to teach and take yoga sculpt classes and is a certified “yogi.” She also enjoys biking, checking out breweries, and traveling. Michelle is a graduate of Dakota County Technical College.

TRISTAN HELLEEN

DIRECTOR OF CLIENT RELATIONS

Tristan started at REACH in 2008, right out of college, as a Marketing Specialist guiding clients through the creative process. As REACH continues to evolve, so has Tristan’s role within the company. As Director of Client Relations, Tristan manages large accounts and ensures REACH clients get the best service. She also oversees the Creative team and helps guide REACH’s marketing efforts. When she’s not working, she’s busy being a dance mom, chauffeuring her two kids to their extracurricular activities, and spending time with her family. Tristan graduated from the Herberger Business School at St. Cloud State University.

DARREN WERCINSKI

CO-FOUNDER

In 2005, Darren co-founded REACH with the goal of helping clients communicate and engage with their audience on giant $3,000 50” plasma screens. The digital signage world has changed a lot since then, and so has REACH. Under Darren’s leadership, REACH has grown to over 5,000 clients and manages 30,000 screens across the world. REACH has won numerous awards over the years, but most important to Darren is REACH being selected as “100 Best Companies to Work For” multiple times. Prior to REACH, Darren worked at Best Buy in the corporate strategy group, focusing on creating strategic alliances with Microsoft and HP. Outside of work, Darren enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams and classic DIY projects. Darren is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he played college hockey for four years.
