The community continues to work toward the future, planning to host 12,050 homes with more than 33,000 residents on 3,500 acres, featuring 30 miles of trails, open space, and various amenities in commercial centers.

THE SOLUTION
Since partnering with REACH Media Network, Sterling Ranch has implemented 3 different screens. One is located within their rec center, and primarily focuses on event, meeting, and fitness-centered content. The other 2 screens are located behind the info-desk. The first screen centers around homes that can be built, as well as other promotional slides and videos. The other screen highlights community events and additional information relevant to the community. These are high-traffic areas frequently visited by residents, allowing for these screens and messages to make a large impact amongst residents. This can increase event participation, increase fundraiser efforts, and expedite community goals/objectives. With the screens and content outline in place, Sterling Ranch was ready to execute its digital signage strategy.
THE RESULTS
As a result of implementing REACH digital signage, Sterling Ranch taken digital content off USB sticks and can now manage it from any location via cloud-based technology. The communications manager and lifestyle director work together to publish content centered around events, community resources, and development. Previously, the community would have to update calendars manually by hand. Now, they can update them remotely in real-time, ensuring viewers have the most up-to-date information. The Canva integration has been critical for streamlining content creation, allowing Sterling Ranch to easily create new assets, save templates, and save files at a moment’s notice. Since implementing these dynamic, digital screens, residents will stop to watch and digest the information conveyed, resulting in greater overall engagement. The project has been such a success that the community plans to implement more displays at a new pool currently being developed.
