Meetinghouse Church Chooses Cloud-Based Reliability
Unlike some of our other clients, The Meetinghouse Church was not completely unfamiliar with digital signage before signing on with REACH Media Network. Previously, the church was using a simple solution to convey announcements and promote upcoming events, though their streaming method was prone to bugs and crashing and certain integrations weren’t working as they should. For example, calendar integrations were not syncing properly with the old system, resulting in events displaying incorrectly or in ways the church did not intend for.
The old system was also not cloud-based, meaning each display needed to be updated manually. This prompted the need for a more reliable, powerful signage platform that was flexible enough to address all of the church’s needs. They were also hoping this signage platform might help them boost engagement across all the church’s events, clubs, and volunteer opportunities. A similar sign is placed further into the building, and two more signage expansions are currently being scoped out. One will be at the parent check-in area for day camps and the other will be in the gathering hall showcasing upcoming events and fullscreen graphics. The organization was also able to repurpose 2 displays, highlighting REACH Media Network’s hardware-agnostic platform, meaning it can be tailored to fit almost any media player on the market, potentially saving on additional hardware costs!
